Unable to import .mcpack files into Minecraft Bedrock while the game is running

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

  2. While the game is open, attempt to import a .mcpack file by double‑clicking it in File Explorer.

  3. Observe that the import does not start. (Might work the first time)

  4. Close Minecraft completely.

  5. Double‑click the same .mcpack file again.

  6. The pack imports successfully.

  7. Repeat with multiple packs — each requires closing and reopening the game before import works.

Expected Result: Players should be able to import multiple .mcpack files while the game is open, without needing to close and relaunch Minecraft each time.

Actual Result: Import only works when the game is closed. If Minecraft is running, .mcpack files do not import.
