Summary:
In vanilla Bedrock Edition, placing end crystals feels noticeably slower than in Java Edition. There appears to be a delay between the player’s input and the action occurring, making rapid placement or usage feel unresponsive.
Observed Behavior:
End crystals cannot be placed as quickly as in Java; there is a small but noticeable delay between placements.
Input feels “capped” or throttled even when the player is clicking or tapping fast enough to match Java speed.
Expected Behavior:
End crystals should place instantly and repeatedly without input delay, matching Java’s responsiveness.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open a vanilla Bedrock world.
Attempt to rapidly place and hit end crystals on obsidian or bedrock alternatively.
Compare the response rate to Java Edition or observe the slow, delayed input directly.
Impact:
Players engaging in activities that rely on rapid crystal placement (e.g., combat) are affected by slower responsiveness.
The delay makes vanilla Bedrock feel less responsive than Java, even though the actions should match.
