Friends list and Followers list entries briefly appear cut off with Screen Animations enabled

Summary:
In the 26.0.24 Preview, opening the Friends list or Followers list with Screen Animations enabled causes entries after the first one to briefly appear cut off. This behavior does not occur in the 1.21.124 Stable release.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure the Screen Animations setting is enabled in Settings > Video.

2. Add at least two players to your friends/followers list.

3. Press the Profile button in the main menu.

4. Press the Friends or Followers button.

Observed Results:

The bottom portion of the second friend entry appears briefly cut off.

Expected Results:
UI elements in the Friends list and Followers list should load cleanly without being cut off, matching the behavior in the 1.21.124 Stable release and when Screen Animations are disabled.
