Effect icons can extend past the borders of their background squares

Summary:
When the player has an active status effect, the corresponding effect icon in the HUD can extend beyond the borders of the gray square that is meant to contain it.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a world.

  2. Obtain an effect, such as Haste or Breath of the Nautilus.

  3. Observe the effect icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Observed Results:
The effect icon extends beyond the borders of the gray square.

Expected Results:
The effect icon should remain fully contained within the square background.

The correct behavior can be seen in the Java Edition.

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now.
