Ore UI loading spinner rotates significantly slower than before

Summary:
In the 26.0.24 Preview, the Ore UI loading spinner rotates much more slowly than intended. This gives the impression that the game is heavily lagging, even though the frame rate remains stable at 60 FPS. This issue does not occur in the 1.21.130 release, and the JSON UI loading spinner is unaffected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Preview.

2. Navigate to Play > Create New World > Owned by me.

3. Select the Import templates button.

4. Observe the rotation speed of the loading spinner.

5. Compare the spinner’s speed to that of the 1.21.130 release.

Observed Results:
The loading spinner rotates significantly slower in the 26.0.24 Preview.

Expected Results:
The loading spinner should rotate at the normal, faster speed, matching the behavior in 1.21.130.
