Baby Zombie Horses are rideable, can be equipped with all tiers of horse armor, and have the same, accessible inventory GUI as the adult variants.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go into a world that’s set to Creative Mode
Set the time to night using commands. (/time set night)
This will prevent undead mobs like Zombie Horses from burning. The Fire Resistance effect can also accomplish the same thing.
Spawn a baby variant of a Zombie Horse, either by using spawn eggs and getting lucky or by using commands. (/summon zombie_horse ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ minecraft:entity_born)
When you have a baby Zombie Horse, hover your crosshair over it and press Interact / Use.
Expected Result: Nothing should happen. All other baby horse variants, including Skeleton Horses, cannot be ridden or equipped with horse armor. Baby Zombie Horses are expected to follow the same logic.
Actual Result: You mount the horse exactly like any other horse, despite its status as a baby mob, and are able to access its inventory. Additionally, the baby horse is already tamed upon spawning (Side Note: The adults are also already tamed if summoned using commands, unlike regular horses). This also makes this the only horse variant that is rideable and can ride boats without reliance on commands, and attempting to ride the horse while it’s in a boat functions similarly to adult, saddled horses riding minecarts.
Has anyone gotten one to spawn naturally?
