After updating to version 1.21.130, several rendering-related issues occur consistently across multiple worlds. While memory usage has decreased compared to previous builds, the new update introduces texture loading failures and incorrectly rendered shield patterns. These issues persist regardless of world size, settings, or addons.
Expected Behavior
All world textures should load correctly and remain stable during play sessions.
Shield patterns and banner-based shield designs should appear exactly as created, with correct color mapping and resolution.
Observed Behavior
Various block and item textures intermittently fail to load, appearing as corrupted, blank, or incorrect textures.
Shields display incorrect coloring, washed-out patterns, or completely wrong banner designs.
The issue occurs even with default resource packs.

We're already tracking this issue at MCPE-232638, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a Duplicate. The other mentioned issue is recently added dithering which works as intended.
I suggest also to browse through the main issue for potential fixes.
