Baby Skeleton Horses shrink in size when they grow into adult Skeleton Horses

As seen in this changelog (“Fixed a bug where baby Zombie Horses would shrink in size when they grew into adult Zombie Horses“)

the same was not made for skeleton horses, they still shrink in size when growing.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  • Spawn a baby skeleton horse, wait until it grows.

Expected result:

  • They should either not grow at all, or be on the same size as regular adult skeleton horses.

Actual result

  • They grow into a shrinked down version of adult Skeleton Horses.

Hi!
Thank you for your report!

Can you record a video of the issue and upload it?

Here are images comparing the two baby horses, you can see the size difference of them, the bigger grew naturally, while the smaller was just spawned in with a spawn egg:

Hi!
Thank you for your report!

However, this issue is Working As Intended.

Skeleton Horses grow from baby to medium and then to adult stages over the course of 20 minutes.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
