i've made a new account because i cant get any achievement on my previous account

Ive been playing with the new account for like an hours because in my achievement book (achievement book in worlds, i use new world without anything that will turned off the achievement) it says in time played -1 hours, but after 1 hours 44 minutes, i relog and then load the world and check in again, its still -1 hours. This issue have been occurred in my previous account too, and im still cant get my achievement till this days
