Playing survival and I died in a cave, whent back after respawn about 1 minute after death and items i worked hard to collect were there floating it wouldnt let me retrieve my items. Like the items were phantom, or had glitched. Tried resetting game but when I went back in the items were still there just not letting me collect them. And I have an empty inventory. Not the first time this has happened.
