Ghasts Killed by Ghast Fireball Explosion Damage Do Not Drop "Music Disc 5" Despite Player Involvement

Description:
Since the addition of "Music Disc 5" as a ghast drop, a persistent inconsistency has existed in Bedrock Edition: ghasts killed by the direct projectile impact of a player-deflected ghast fireball correctly drop the disc, while ghasts killed by the explosion damage from the same deflected fireball do not. This is illogical because in both cases, the killing blow is traced back to the player (allowing Looting enchantment effects to apply and experience to drop), yet the loot table treats the two damage types differently.

How to Reproduce:

  1. Position a ghast (e.g., using a minecart to hold it in place).

  2. Deflect the ghast's own fireball back toward it.

  3. Create two distinct scenarios:

    • Direct Hit: The deflected fireball strikes the ghast directly.

    • Explosion Kill: The deflected fireball explodes near, but not directly on, the ghast.

  4. Observe whether "Music Disc 5" drops in each case.

Observed Result:

  • Direct Hit: The ghast dies, drops experience orbs, and "Music Disc 5" is correctly dropped.

  • Explosion Kill: The ghast dies and drops experience orbs, but "Music Disc 5" does not drop.

  • Both kills are credited to the player (experience drops confirm this), but only one triggers the disc loot.

Expected Result:

  • Any ghast death caused by a player-deflected ghast fireball, regardless of whether the final damage is from direct impact or explosion, should have a chance to drop "Music Disc 5."

  • The loot trigger should be based on the source of the damage (player-deflected fireball), not the sub-type of the damage (projectile vs. explosion).

Additional Notes:
This bug indicates a problem in the ghast's loot table conditions, which likely check for a specific damage type tag (is_projectile) rather than a broader player-action tag. It undermines the intended mechanic where deflecting a ghast's attack back at it is the unique method to obtain the disc, as explosion kills—though valid player actions—are currently excluded. This has been an issue since the disc's introduction and should be fixed to align with the intended design.
