Addons won't load when Minecraft is open.

After Minecraft Bedrock and other Mojang games started opening and loading as a launcher, mods can no longer be loaded when the game is open. You have to close the game and open the file as Minecraft Bedrock, then the addon will load. As an addon developer, I consider this unacceptable and it needs to be fixed.
