First place down iron or copper bars, and then walk forward and jump and jump over it. Well, I’m in fences and walls. You can’t do that. I don’t know how to be any clearer than just look at the video as well.

Josh, this is an intended feature; mojang made the iron bars one block tall compared to the one block and a half of fences or walls
