The Mob Kabob Achievement of 10 Gamerscore will not unlock on Windows 11 platforms when the prerequisites are met to unlock it. Just to make sure, I have started a new world in Survival Mode and have tried the following:
-Putting 20 chickens into a 2 X 2 hole, holding the charge button using a Netherite Spear, and falling into the hole charge falling onto the chickens, damaging and killing them. This was confirmed to unlock the Achievement via Advancement on Java Edition for another player.
-Trapping 5 Zombies in a 1 X 2 containment chamber where slabs prevent them from moving out, then while on horseback, using the charge with a Netherite Spear while running at them to damage them. Then doing the same to kill them all simultaneously. This was confirmed to unlock the Achievement on PS5 Bedrock Edition for another player.
-Trapping 5 Zombies in a 1 X 2 containment chamber where slabs prevent them from moving out, then while on horseback, using the Lunge enchantment with a Netherite Spear while running at them to damage them. Then doing the same to kill them all simultaneously.
-Creating a two block trench 12 blocks long with 10 sheep and 10 cows, then using a Wooden Spear with a single charge damaging five or more mobs, then using another single charge killing five or more of those mobs. This was confirmed to unlock the Achievement on Xbox One Bedrock Edition by another player.
-Creating a Pen and getting 40 Pigs via breeding, then with a Netherite Spear enchanted with Fire Aspect II holding the charge and damaging at least five of the pigs in a single charge. Then with another single charge killing five or more pigs. Then in the same pen using the Lunge Enchantment with the Netherite spear damaging five of the pigs. Then in the same pen using the Lunge Enchantment with the Netherite Spear killing five of the pigs in one Lunge.
-Edit: Putting Five Armor Stands in a row and hitting all five with a single charge with a Netherite Spear with Fire Aspect II, then putting down another Five Armor Stands and hitting those Five Armor Stands in one Lunge attack.
Any of these actions should have unlocked the Achievement for me on Windows 11 Bedrock Edition, but despite this, it has yet to unlock.
Expected Behavior:
Meeting the prerequisites for the Mob Kabob Achievement on Windows 11 Bedrock Edition on a Survival World that has not been in Creative or had cheats activated unlocks the achievement.
Observed Behavior:
Meeting the prerequisites for the Mob Kabob Achievement on Windows 11 Bedrock Edition on a Survival World that has not been in Creative or had cheats activated does not unlock the achievement, ignoring the carried out prerequisites to unlock it.

I have tried what was stated in MCPE-115808 and it’s still not unlocking for me. I know this is a new Gaming PC I just purchased, a Cyberpower X2S, maybe it’s a setting specific to that PC preventing this?
That may be possible. I had no issues unlocking the achievement, and you appear to be the only one reporting this, so this is most likely not caused by a bug in the game.
I'd suggest contacting Community Support for further assistance.
Something on the PC must have been backed up. It unlocked when I was looking for a fix to the issue on Youtube, so something was delayed. I had checked the matters pertaining to services.msc multiple times that require to be active pertaining to unlocking achievements, so either something was interfering with those working, or the unlock was heavily delayed, and by delayed, I mean days.
You may be experiencing MCPE-115808. Please try the solution in the description of that report and see if that fixes the issue.
