Hello,
As soon as my son logs in with his Microsoft account, regardless of whether it's on a Switch or an Android tablet in Minecraft, the following error code appears, and he can no longer access any world. The same thing happens via the Switch account, provided an online connection exists.
This issue appeared suddenly overnight. He hasn't changed, downloaded, or done anything differently. It stopped working without reason.
We have already logged in and out of the Microsoft account several times, and cleared both the Marketplace and Download caches.
As soon as we disable the online connection, everything works again.
What can we do? Reinstalling is not an option, as the child would otherwise lose everything he has built over several years, right? What could be the cause of this error, and what can we test or reset without losing any worlds?"

We’re tracking this issue at MCPE-179613 , so this report has been resolved as a duplicate.
Is your son using a non-default skin? If so, does the issue still occur if they create a new character and use one of the default skins?
