Authentication error

​Hello Mojang Support Team,

​I am experiencing a critical and highly persistent authentication error that prevents access to multiplayer features in Minecraft Bedrock. This issue affects user mboss4000, an Adult Microsoft Account.

​The Core Problem:

A general error message (referencing the Enderman image) appears, blocking access to servers and friends' worlds. This error occurs specifically when the mboss4000 profile attempts to connect or is loaded.

​The Key Contradictions (Why this must be a server issue):

1. ​Device Independent: The exact same error occurs identically on two separate devices (a Nintendo Switch and an Android Tablet).

2. ​Account Independent: The error was successfully replicated even when attempting to connect using a brand-new, clean Microsoft account.

3. ​Online/Offline Contradiction: The error appears not only when attempting to connect online, but also sometimes when the profile is loaded while offline. This indicates a locally stored, corrupted authentication status originating from your servers.

• ​The Microsoft Account privacy settings are all set to "Allow" (Adult Account).

• ​Network (Router) settings were checked: NAT Type B is active, and manual Port Forwarding (UDP 19132) was set on the FritzBox.

​Conclusion:

​Since all local, app-related, network, and account configuration issues have been ruled out, we conclude that the problem is a persistent, service-side issue. We suspect a faulty or stuck authentication token associated with our network or the mboss4000 profile on your server cluster.
