“Map Room” achievement does not unlock when Item Frames are placed on the floor or ceiling

Summary:
The description of the Map Room achievement states:

Place 9 fully explored, adjacent map items into 9 item frames in a 3 by 3 square.

However, if the item frames are placed on the floor or ceiling, the achievement does not unlock, which is not indicated by the description. This can confuse players and cause them to waste time attempting to troubleshoot why the achievement fails to unlock despite seemingly meeting all requirements.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Survival world with Achievements enabled.

2. Craft 9 maps and fully explore each one, ensuring no unexplored pixels remain (the attached resource packs can help verify full exploration).

3. Place 9 item frames in a 3×3 square on the floor or ceiling.

4. Insert one fully explored map into each item frame.

5. Wait several minutes and watch for the achievement notification. Periodically check the Achievements page to confirm it has not unlocked silently.

6. Remove the maps and break the item frames.

7. Place the item frames in a 3×3 square on a wall.

8. Insert the maps into the item frames again.

Observed Results:

• The Map Room achievement does not unlock when the item frames are placed on the floor or ceiling.

• After placing the same item frames and maps on a wall, the achievement unlocks almost immediately.

Expected Results:
The Map Room achievement should unlock regardless of whether the item frames are placed on a wall, floor, or ceiling, as long as the stated requirements are met.

Alternatively, if this behavior is intentional, the achievement description should explicitly state that item frames must be placed on a wall.

This issue was tested on two separate accounts to confirm that it was not simply a delayed achievement unlock.
