Allays fly in flowing vertical water, get stuck and die

Whenever i try to build something with flowing water, like vertical waterfalls or borderless aquarium, Allays could accidentally fly in it, get stuck and then die.

They also go up when trapped in, but if there’s a solid block above them, or the way up is too long, or they stuck when you far away and chuncks aren’t loaded (like a bug with dolphins), they can’t swim up and die.
