[MCPE-233721] Completed the achievement but was not given the "Zombie Hrose Cape"

Hello, I have completed the achievement "Zombie Horse Cape", all the conditions have been met.The award was never given. The screenshots will be attached below
I know that after 30 days they can give you a reward, but what's the problem? I recently saw on YouTube how they give out raincoats and people had at least notifications about it. But I have nothing. ( my nickname is kron8element )

I have a question if it was written in my old application that everything was resolved. Then why is there no notification about this in minecraft bedrock itself?
