[MCPE-233795] Camera view randomly moves when using a tilt wheel

Steps to reproduce the issue

Join any world or server
Use the mouse tilt wheel (left or right)

Expected result

The camera view does not move when the tilt wheel is used.

Actual result

The camera view randomly moves once when the tilt wheel is used.
