Custom Skin not being imported while logged in

I am unable to upload any custom skins while logged into bedrock edition.

When I try and upload a custom skin I get the error “Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32, or 128x128” (See 1). The image I am uploading meets these requirements (See 2). I have tried multiple skins with different sizes but none have yet worked while logged in.

Confusingly when I am not logged in I am able to freely upload skins and they load correctly, even when using the same images. (See 3) In image 3 I am able to upload and use the attached skin (Image 2) without any errors.
