After the 1.21.130 update, Android players are unable to import custom skins, despite the skin meeting the requirements. The following error message is shown:
Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32, or 128x128
Steps to Reproduce:
Download the following skin file on Android:
Create a Classic skin in the Dressing Room
Attempt to import the skin
Observed Results:
Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32, or 128x128
Expected Results:
The skin is successfully imported, as it meets the requirements.
Importing the same skin works fine on Windows.

I have the same problem but the skins I have not been able to import, I have been able to import them before.
I’m having the same problem here on my Kindle fire tablet. I upload the correct dimensions to Mincraft and it says that they are incorrect when it isn’t at all. So it also must be effecting 26.3 verison.
I hope a fix comes soon because, I like to use my custom skins.
