Valid skins can't be imported on Android

After the 1.21.130 update, Android players are unable to import custom skins, despite the skin meeting the requirements. The following error message is shown:

Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32, or 128x128

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Download the following skin file on Android:

    Mc skin.png

  2. Create a Classic skin in the Dressing Room

  3. Attempt to import the skin

Observed Results:

Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32, or 128x128

Expected Results:

The skin is successfully imported, as it meets the requirements.

Importing the same skin works fine on Windows.

I have the same problem but the skins I have not been able to import, I have been able to import them before.

I'm having this issue too. My skins aren't loading!
