@Ashar usjani This is because MCPE isn’t compatible with laptop. It only works for the tablet versions. You must buy it separately for your laptop to play. You can buy it off Microsoft store, Xbox, or Minecraft itself. I know it seems a bit strange, but after purchasing it from one of these providers you can install Minecraft on all your laptops and never need to buy it again. You will always have it in your Minecraft account.

The issue was fixed with the 26.1 hotfix. If your UI scaling is still messed up, try going to your settings and readjusting the UI scale size.
@John Ziemer If you ever see this message. Yes, someone had came up with a fix for IOS and or iPad UI scaling. I’m not sure if it works because I have an Amazon tablet/android and it didn’t work for me, but yeah. Here’s the link:https://youtu.be/_UImURy1sWs?si=94OBIWuspP7qUced
We need a fix for android, devices and Amazon devices, because that video doesn’t work for them. It only works for IOS.

Same problem here on my Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet. The Hot bar at the bottom is extremely small making it nearly impossible to play on my tablet. This is with the new GUI settings set to 0 “the highest” and the "Extra Large New UI" setting also on, but it does little to nothing to make it larger. My chat is also very small and hard to function as well as the heart bar is very small too with the new update. These changes all occurred after the new UI preview (26.0.27) update. Very frustrating, I hope a fix comes soon.
I’m having the same problem here on my Kindle fire tablet. I upload the correct dimensions to Mincraft and it says that they are incorrect when it isn’t at all. So it also must be effecting 26.3 verison.
I hope a fix comes soon because, I like to use my custom skins.
