UI is broken not working properly

I have a Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet and the Hot bar at the bottom is extremely small making it nearly impossible to play on my tablet. This is with the new GUI settings set to 0 “the highest” and the "Extra Large New UI" setting also on, but it does little to nothing to make it larger. My chat is also very small and hard to function as well as the heart bar is very small too with the new update. These changes all occurred after the new UI preview (26.0.27) update, as well as the V26.0 update. Very frustrating, I hope a fix comes soon.

I hope a resolution comes soon this new update almost makes it impossible for me to play the game.
