Hello,
I play Minecraft on a Kindle fire tablet and I’m unable to load my custom skins onto Minecraft anymore as it says they are the “wrong dimensions” when they aren’t. They are the correct dimensions I checked in my files, and I also checked to make sure it was a png. file and it was. I get all my skin templates from Skinseed, which always worked well, but it appears there is some kind of bug messing with the skin importing. I already tried clearing my cache, checking Wi-Fi signal, and restarting the device, but it continues to have the issue. I also tried making the file a MCpack, but that also didn’t work.
The image I attached is the error message I receive when I try to upload my custom skin into Minecraft even though the dimensions are correct. It still says it’s not correct.
I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
