You cannot import your own skins on Android 11 and below, even if they are in the correct format

When using Android 11 and below devices to import your skin in the locker room, you will be prompted: Please import the correct skin format. But I'm sure my skin format is 100% correct

Correction: Android 12 also cannot import skins,and the skin on some devices disappears after quitting the game
