Unable to import valid skins on Amazon devices

Gone to ‘import skin’ pressed ‘choose new skin.’

It isn’t even taking the file. It does nothing with it. It doesn’t even check if it’s the correct format. It won’t load it in.

I get no error message explaining what happened (due to MCPE-239136 ). All settings device-wise and game-wise permit custom skins from files, so minecraft is simply refusing to load the skin in.

This is preventing me from wearing custom skins in the character creator.

After the fix to MCPE-239136, the game now displays the following message:

Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32, or 128x128
