Unfair mistake of adding a skin.

Hi, I'm experiencing a bug in the latest version of Minecraft Bedrock. Every time I try to apply a skin that isn't one made in Minecraft itself, the same message appears. The file needs to be a PNG with dimensions of 64x64, 64x32 or 128x128, and I've already checked several times if it's a PNG, I've checked the skin to see if it's the correct dimensions, I've tried placing it on several skins, I even made several skins just to test them all, and they all gave the same error. Please help me, I've come to the conclusion that this wasn't my mistake but a bug, I hope you can help me with this, thank you.
