It won't let me upload my skins that I use and I even tried one that worked in the past and it still didn't work

Do you have the Optimize Storage setting enabled on your device? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable it?

I’m guessing you selected iOS as the platform by mistake, then. Are you playing on Android?
