Issue:
Horses are not drowning
How to reproduce:
Dig a 2x2x2 hole and fill it with water. Place a block directly above the water to prevent the horse from swimming out. Spawn a horse in the water.
Expected result:
After a short amount of time, the horse should start to take damage from drowning.
Actual result:
The horse does not take any drowning damage even after several minutes.

This a new change from a Mounts of Mayhem update
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
