Need to double click the item in inventory, chest, in the menu, ....etc.

Need to double-click items for them to work properly. This happens in the inventory, chests, menus, and other interfaces, this happen when the “text to speech for UI is enable, I don’t know if it is a bug or normal feature because it is the first time I enable it. A single click does nothing, making normal item selection harder and slow to select.
