I was building something in the Nether, then I saved and quitted and once I returned for some reason all of the Ghasts were Pink. I checked and for some reason it didn’t only affect that world but all of my worlds. I investigated further and discovered that the Happy Ghasts are still the same unlike normal Ghasts.
