[MCPE-234390] Throwing invisibility lingering potion causes you to take damage, then typing /effect @e clear in the chat crashes your world (not your entire game)

Steps to reproduce:

Ensure you have operator permissions and cheats are enabled
Look straight down and throw a Lingering Potion of Invisibility
Wait until you take damage, then type /effect @e clear in the chat

Expected Result: You should not take damage, you should stop being invisible, and your world should not crash

Actual Result: Throwing a Lingering Potion of Invisibility causes you to take damage, then typing /effect @e clear in the chat crashes your world and kicks you out to the world select screen
