Try to open the game normally without anything, then close it. Press Win + R, type %appdata% and look for the folder:Minecraft Bedrock\Users\Shared\games\com.mojang
Find the behavior_packs and resource_packs folders, and paste the files in order: the ones labeled BH go into 'behavior_packs' and the ones labeled RP go into 'resource_packs'.
