Minecarts bounce abnormally on slime blocks

If a minecart (any type) is dropped on or launched from a slime block, it will bounce before touching the block. If dropped from build height to near bedrock, it will bounce 6 blocks above the slime block.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Scenario 1, simple drop:

1. Position minecart 1 block plus above slime block.

2. Break block under minecart.

Scenario 2, build limit drop:

1. Position minecart at build limit above slime block.

2. Break block under minecart.

Scenario 3, single piston launch:

1. Build redstone to trigger a sticky piston (facing skywards).

2. Place slime block on top of sticky piston.

3. Position minecart on top of slime block.

4. Trigger piston.

Scenario 4, repeated piston launch:

1. Build redstone to trigger a sticky piston (facing skywards) every few seconds.

2. Place slime block on top of sticky piston.

3. Position minecart on top of slime block.

4. Trigger piston.

Expected result

All scenarios:

Minecart should start bounce once making contact with slime block and bounce less than 60 blocks above the slime block with approximately a 60% decay in bounce height on each subsequent bounce.

Scenario 4, repeated piston launch:

Minecart height affected by piston trigger when minecart and slime block collide.

Actual result

Scenario 1, simple drop:

Minecart starts bouncing half a block above the slime block with a 10% decay in height on subsequent bounce.

Scenario 2, build limit drop:

Minecart starts bouncing 6-7 blocks above the slime block with a 10% decay in height on subsequent bounce.

Scenario 3, single piston launch:

Minecart starts bouncing 2-3 blocks above the slime block with a 10% decay in height on subsequent bounce.

Scenario 4, repeated piston launch:

Minecart starts bouncing 2-3 blocks above the slime block with a 10% decay in height on subsequent bounce. Additionally, the minecart is relaunched to original height if bounce coincides with piston trigger, even if the slime block and minecart do not collide.
