I'm actually running the iPad (2017) version but there was no category for that. Anyways, since the recent minecraft pe update (version 1.1.3) I've been getting constant lag, the chunks aren't loading but when they do, it takes 30 seconds - 2 minutes. Lowering the chunk rate does not do anything, nor does lowering any other options. Resetting the app and restarting my device does nothing either, very frustrating. It's very unplayable.

Our realm has been experiencing extreme lag and frequent crashes since the 1.1 update. Chunks load very slowly. Using maps seems to exacerbate this issue. Reducing render distance and other graphic settings does not make a difference.

Yeah,I have the SAME problem.The chunks load very slow,I have a lot of lag,but I haven't build a lot.Also,if i disable all video lag-related options,my game is still laggy,no difference.I hope they will fix this,I love my world,and want to play it smooth.
