World chunks being reset to their original form.

Some chunks were reset to their original form, resulting in the loss of buildings and farms. One example is a farm I built in the end, which lost an entire chunk.After doing some research, I saw that this could be a bug in the updates or when the world isn't saved correctly; however, I always save my worlds correctly and always make backups of them, which left me confused about.
