Babies spawned by using spawn eggs on other mobs float slightly

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find or spawn any mob that has a baby version

2. Use the corresponding spawn egg on it to spawn a baby

Observed Results:
The baby is spawned in the air and falls to the ground.

Expected Results:
The baby is already touching the floor as it spawns, similar to using a spawn egg on that spot.
