Updated Version of Spawn Egg textures not working on Education Edition worlds

I've reported this bug before and it has been fixed on regular worlds, On Education Edition worlds however the Horse, Donkey, Mule, Skeleton Horse, Zombie Horse, and Drowned Spawn eggs all show their old Textures instead of their new ones, on Education Edition worlds.
