The creeper texture on the "Minecraft Classic Texture Pack" is broken

When the "Minecraft Classic Texture Pack" is active in a world, all (REGULAR) Creepers have the lightning charge texture. THIS BUG HAS BEEN A LONG TIME AGO AND STILL IS NOT FIXED! PLEASE FIX THIS!
