It only happens sometimes in a multiplayer world, but when you click on a bed to skip night, the game will freeze and then, crash. Since Minecraft recently updated to version 1.21.132, I will try to get video evidence of this same problem in this new version. Also, the players sleeping percentage is set to 1 so at least I have a bit of evidence.
This is how to recreate the problem:
switch your Minecraft version to 1.21.131 (unless you’re already in this version)
create a new world with players sleeping percentage set to 1
invite some people into that world and try sleeping in a bed
Unless it’s just me, maybe it happens because my PC is not strong enough to handle the game freezing.

yes, it is on a LAN world and this is the screenshot I took when the game froze
I can’t get evidence of the game crashing since I don’t have a dedicated software to record my whole desktop.
And this image was taken on the newest update v1.21.132
No texture packs/addons were installed on this world, because this was a cheat-disabled world.
