When I try to load into a world of my own or a realm I am in, it takes me to the loading screen and then when the Survive screen comes up the game completely crashes and force closes the application.

Are you using any add-ons or resource packs? If so, could you provide a complete list of them?
Does this issue still occur after creating a new world on your Realm and trying to load into it?
