Icons inside the Ore UI screen become invisible when the UI scale is set to small

When the UI scale is set to small, the icons inside the Ore UI screen become invisible.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Video, then set the UI slider all the way to the left

2. Go back to main menu, then open play screen

3. Observe

Expected results:
Icons are shown as expected.

Observed results:
Icons became invisible.
