Closed Captions fading out animations breaks when subtitle is shown repeatedly

When a subtitle is displayed repeatedly, the fading out animations for the other subtitles will breaks.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go breaks a block, or do any kind of action that will causes subtitles to appear

2. Notice that the subtitles fading out correctly

3. Now set the weather to rain: /weather rain

4. Repeat step 1

Expected results:
Subtitles fading out correctly.

Observed results:
Subtitles immediately disappear.
