[MCPE-234850] Chunks don't load far away from spawn

When traveling very far away from the world spawn (millions of blocks),

the world stops loading correctly. Large areas of chunks disappears

Version note: I selected multiple versions because I’m unsure when the bug began. I can confirm it occurs in the latest version I tested.
