I got the Pancape and Founder's Cape in 2019, which were my first two Minecraft capes. The Founder's was my first Minecon Cape in 2019. Although claiming the skin pack and receiving my cape, it mysteriously disappeared in 2020 1.16, and recently, Bedrock Capes started moving to Java Edition. This has made me want to restore my cape, so I tried by deleting and redownloading my cape pack. After it didn’t work, I tried for support, and regardless of attempt after attempt, ticket after ticket, support still hasn’t fixed it. I have been trying for a year and a half now.

My Founder's Cape was removed in 2020 and despite having full ownership of the cape, I still have not received help in getting my cape restored to my account.

We don't have access to your account and cannot give you any capes. Only support can give users capes. If they were not able to give you the cape, then there's nothing further that can be done.
