Boats have serveral issues due to it running on server side now

Boats are slower, harder to steer with and might cause epilepsy issues due to the constant stuttering. This has been an issue since 1.21.130

This is very visible when boating on ice.

If the boats and chest boats switch back to running client side, the issue will be resolved and we can all ice boat again. In the videos below, you can clearly see a difference between the client side and server side version: the screen is jittery and turning is unreadable due to it taking a while before your inputs actually happen.
