Ghost blocks

When a player has poor ping, the blocks they placed can disappear. It's incredibly annoying, and you might even fall off when building. It also makes it difficult to quickly switch slots. That is, when you place a block and quickly change the slot in the hotbar, it changes back to the first slot.
