[MCPE-235583] Fancy graphics don't work

When i set Minecraft to Fancy Graphics, it stays in Simple Graphics. I tried setting it to Simple and back to fancy but nothing changed. I tried turing the game off and on, nothing changed

Your hand, held item, and player model are shaded, which means that Fancy graphics is working. What makes you think it's not working? Is it the lighting on blocks not appearing smooth? If so, that is controlled by the Smooth Lighting setting.

No. you are correct . Somehow after the update smooth lighting had been turned off. this could have been my mistake.

I have turned smooth lighting back on and everything is back to normal now.
