If you crash from a realm or a server you are unable to join any server or realm for a few minutes even when you restart it the game
Edit: I a mod speaking only when I crash not the server/realm

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
If the players are disconnected due to a crash, the realm server will take a few minutes to restart.
